Krama GOT gives technicians the possibility to receive information from both the client and the scheduled intervention, capture the activities carried out during the service, upload photographs and the signature of the client, etc., completing work orders and reporting them in real time.

The coordinator may manage bigger teams: the app controls the map's and schedules' (assigned and pending tasks, time needed to travel, etc.) situation. Telephoning the technician to know their location or workload will no longer be required.

The client can be always informed about the evolution of their service by automatic notifications and will have direct access to the system to consult statistics and reports.
